Our grapes (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Semillon) come from our Mendoza vineyard, at an altitude of 1000m. If opting for a flavoured fizz I would veer towards an Aperol rather than this, but it wasnt massively unpleasant and if offered at the beginning of a party rather than the end, it would work better! The orange peel liqueur adds a subtle bitterness that balances out the sweetness of the sparkling wine, creating a perfectly balanced aperitif.
