This expression is matured for at least 12 Years in handmade oak casks, the result is a rich, sweet dram with scents of spices and honeyed plump fruits. The ‘Angels’ Share’ is the whisky lost over the years while the liquid is maturing in oak- casks, disappearing into the air before we’re ready to bottle.
