No matter how many questions we asked, they were able to answer and took the time to make sure we understood. Only minor issue is that the goggles are not quite shaped correctly and are really uncomfortable to wear, but otherwise this is a great value kit. Our eldest son was awestruck by the size of the bones and looks excitedly back at photos of our visit which I am sure is the the inspiration for our growing collection of dinosaur books and toys. We had a brilliant dinosaur experience and couldn’t believe the range of fossils we were able to see and even hold. My 5 year old daughter absolutely loved this, especially chipping the dinosaur skeleton out of the rock.
