About this deal

As well as our own brand we also use our expertise and in-house additive manufacturing using MultiJet Fusion to supply other brands with class leading products.

The 76 Projects Hi Flow 'No Clog' tubeless valves are excellent, and a gamechanger in tubeless setups. Building on previous versions that have been used by world, Olympic, and Ironman champions the latest 3. So that’s on the top tube, under the down tube, on the fork leg and even in the traditional bottle position. I tested their strapless top tube bag way back and found this to be a very convienient system for stopping floppy bag syndrome and portability but now they’ve transfered this technology to what most dyed in the wool cyclists would refer to as a saddle bag. The in-house industrial 3D printing capability and capacity will add value to the business with the control that it brings, but one single manufacturing process will never meet all of the company’s manufacturing requirements. They are industrial designers with over 40 years experience between them, they also love cycling and bikes of all types, n+1 is an equation that is familiar to us! The 76 projects Quick release Piggy Zip case is a genuine fit and forget item but when you do need it it’ll still be there for you……. Although these are different to install than standard tubeless valves, they're not much more difficult.

In these days of tubeless tyres for bicycles and how efficient they are at stopping puncures it’s easy to forget that you you might at some point on a ride need to put an inner tube into the tyre. For positioning, I opted for the top of my top tube, since my v-brake cable routing prevented me from placing it underneath. Going down the SLS route we could create geometry that could not be achieved by injection moulding and therefore allowed the mount’s unique 3D adjustability that is key to its success. In the mid 2000s, the powder bed fusion (PBF) process was established as reliable for both form and functional testing of parts and tools.I’ve tried to put it in unconventional places to test it’s robustness and to see if it would rattle off but everywhere i’ve mounted it to it has stayed exactly where placed. Seriously though having to remove the contents of your bag to get to the tube or tool that has inevitably worked its way to the bottom is a pain, especially added to the stress of having a puncture or a mechanical.

I was impressed with how much it can hold, the fact it can be stuck anywhere, and how well it stayed in place. Although the valve core is not removable, this is not an issue as the Hi Flow design means you can push tubeless sealant through the valve without it getting blocked at all; there's no need to carry a valve core remover or spare valve cores for when a typical Presta tubeless valve core gets bent or clogged up. Why spend all that money on a bike fit working on getting your head down out the wind if your Computer Mount puts your device into a position that’s hard to look at while you are riding? The instructions that come with the mount are easy to follow and there’s some adjustability for the placing of the holder. Instruction on converting non-bolt-on bags can be found online, in our experience stiffer bags are better for conversions.I'd been seriously considering the Reserve Fillmore valves, which did come top of the "Best Tubeless Valve" lists I'd seen, these seem to offer better value and more importantly, easy to source spares.
