Harrogate Tipple are a small batch, family run distillery based in the beautiful and historical Ripley Castle Estate in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Our experienced Master Distiller, Tom Nichol, has lovingly created a classic gin by fusing traditional processes with a modern approach. It's always a pleasure being welcomed into a warm atmosphere filled with lots of different and delicious gins, but it was the people that really made the experience memorable. The result is a delicious gin with a complex flavour that is perfect for sipping on its own or mixing into your favourite cocktails. With its very own event space and distillery room, Spirit of Harrogate also hosts three unique gin experiences, Spirit of Gin, Master Distiller and the new Winter Cocktail Masterclass.It was both fun and engaging to balance botanical ratios as well as making the right heads, hearts and tails cuts.
