Will always be a fan of his and be thankful for some of the advice which has very much resonated with me in all of his books. And there are two ways of meeting them: negatively, where blame is the answer, where other people are at fault, where you haven't been treated fairly. Of the two I took more out of Mental Fitness personally but this book is just as good, containing lots of non nonsense down to earth advice and honest reflections.

Having become a widow two and a half years ago, then COVID, I found myself in a really bad state of mind. It rips away the clever facade that Middleton is building, perhaps to mask his own insecurities or inadequacies. The parts I enjoyed most were his insights into the positive kindness behind some of the tough messaging for participants in Who Dares Wins, his Channel 4 reality show. All of our books are 100% brand new, unread and purchased directly from the publishers in bulk allowing us to pass the huge savings on to you! Through his experiences he outlines a positive prespective to use 'every experience as an opportunity for growth' and the old cliché of 'what doesn't kill you makes you stronger'.As always Ant's books are always worth reading and keeping, his positivity is a must have, he talks so much sense.

Letting you into areas of his life he’s never talked about before, in Zero Negativity, Ant will show you how to embrace failure and use it to your advantage, how to see change as the foundation of your future success, how to develop resilience, how to deal with bullies, what it means to be a positive roll model, and how to live a life with no regrets.By completing your purchase, you agree to Audible's Conditions of Use and authorise Audible to charge your designated card or any other card on file.

I have read 4 of his books, not sure if I will read more at this point but by in the large the 4 I have read have helped inject more belief and positivity into my life. I'm a fan of Ant Middleton, but I'm a fan of anyone who served in the special forces, it takes a lot for someone to be that driven and that selfless.I also liked his self-critique and way of developing the talents of all group members and there are parallels to be drawn to teaching, football coaching and to my real life. I appreciated Ant's wife Emilie's thoughts especially on 'that' Instagram message during the early Covid-19 days (yes I thought as much) at least he admits his mistakes and takes a lesson from them. Ok, why did I say suprisingly when it sounds judgemental even and the book being about positive positioning? Yet, he is an elite athlete and someone who has earned and backed up the hubris to take on these challenges. Found this book at just the right time I think, was recommended to me by a person who works as a counsellor and I found whilst I was doing a lot of what is suggested in the book, there’s other tips I can take on.

Letting you into areas of his life he's never talked about before, in Zero Negativity, Ant will show you how to embrace failure and use it to your advantage, how to see change as the foundation of your future success, how to develop resilience, how to deal with bullies, what it means to be a positive roll model, and how to live a life with no regrets. It's been one hell of a journey, and I can't wait to get my hands on your first fictional novel next year!Having a bloke with real life experience through the most macho of job titles show weakness in strength is one of the most refreshing things ive heard. What I love about his books is his brutal honesty on failures and mistakes and how he deals with it.
