chefs, food leaders and industry experts from around the world, including Albert Adria, Massimo Bottura, Elena Arzak, Anna Haugh, Nathan Outlaw to name but a few, all contributed to a book which is free of charge describing their experiences and their lessons.Working with top London restaurants and respective head chefs across London, who gave up their kitchens, teams and time to cook the food - Hospitality for Heroes’ role spanned from recruiting volunteers and restaurants, sourcing produce and packaging, organising the deliveries whilst also raising the necessary funds. For me, a great cookbook should do more than teach you how to cook a dish – it should carry real meaning, reflecting memories of people or places. Michaels, former MasterChef semifinalist, manages to craft one surprising and sensational recipe after another.
