I've been listening to the podcast Smell Ya Later a lot lately, and the hosts talk so constantly about how much they love Cloud that I felt compelled to try it on during an errand. I was wearing a sweatshirt that day, and days later I found myself smelling that same sweatshirt and it smelled delightful. Take this review with a grain of salt, perfume is subjective and you have to love what works best on YOU! i can't end this review without talking about BR540 since everyone and their mother is aware that Cloud is one of the most accessible, mainstream comparable smells to Kurkdjian's BR540.

Perfect for gifting season, the gorgeous fragrance features a dreamy blend of lavender blossom, juicy pear and bergamot; with notes of whipped crème de coconut, praline, vanilla orchid and sensual musk round. Cloud has a more plastic opening however because it is sharper, I am able to smell it a bit better and I find it projects better in the air. so i did give it another try and for some reason it was so much sweeter then the one that i bought in Europe… Anyway i decided to give a Cloud 2.Both fragrances also come with a stand shape like a cloud but due to personal preference, I like to keep the bottles without the stand. everyone and i do mean EVERYONE is vocal about loving this fragrance on me: friends, coworkers, clients, strangers. This perfume is definitely an elevated version of the original one - I am not saying “improved”, but rather enhanced with additional sweetness, depth, creaminess. as for the aesthetics of the packaging/bottle: it makes no sense to gripe imo bc i'm sure ariana's team is well aware that the main demographic was supposed to hit a younger audience. It has this a soft pillow "embrace" quality about it, but I would never limit the use to "stay-at-home" times.

I personally pick up on extra coconut note which then blends beautifully with the whipped cream and cashmere notes. the intense isn’t intensing cause this doesn’t last or project as well as the og, which lasts a lifetime on clothes, really well on skin and projects wonderfully. i can definitely see myself wearing this on a winter night out with my friends while drinking hot chocolate.It worked for all sorts of casual outfits and occasions for me, however, I don't feel like reaching out for it for formal/classy occasions.
