The books are pocket sized with easy to read maps with the poi's clearly numbered and with a short description on the map page and in depth articles with colour thumbnails. Hidden London walk was led by Simon, who shared a lot of history and the less common sites in the City of London. Wind into Parkland Walk, a former railway line that is now a haven for wildlife, and a great wooded area in London for dog walking.

You’ll meander around and over the rivers and canals, passing posh high streets, historic pubs, manors and mansions. Monument Tube Station is of course named for The Monument to the Great Fire of London (see the photo immediately above). I have compiled this "Uncovering Secret London" resource with the avowed intent of introducing visitors and Londoners alike to the unusual, the offbeat and the downright bizarre sites, and sights that London has to offer.The Monument is just a few yards down the hill from the Fish Street Hill exit of Monument Tube Station. Wander around Golders Hill Park and West Heath, where you’ll see incredible flower gardens, the zoo, lush woods, and panoramic views.

Can’t recommend them enough whether you’re a first time visitor or this has been your home for years. We will definitely be doing another walking tour next time we’re in London and we greatly recommend this one!
