All of the Dino Chargers used in original footage have a metallic color as the Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger Set DX was used. As such, the Spino Charger used in the show was an American-made prop. Both the Bandai of America toy and the Spino Charger prop have an error with them. The Spinosaurus on the Charger is missing its right leg. On at least one occasion Troy Burrows morphed without the use of his morpher and without saying a morphing command. The second half of the morphing sequence (for the core five Rangers and Purple) is carried over from Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger. The Dino Morphers are the Morphers for the Red, Blue, and Yellow Dino Thunder Rangers. They can also be used to summon the Dino Zords or communicate with each other and/or Hayley. They were developed by Tommy Oliver and Hayley Ziktor.

This is the first season to completely bypass a season of Super Sentai, skipping Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters to instead adapt Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger. Power Ranger fans will love playing out adventures with new zord toys, Power Ranger action figures and Red Ranger costume accessories. Kids can dress up as their favourite Power Rangers with role play weapons, morphers and more Power Ranger toys. Imagine teaming up with the Power Rangers to battle their toughest enemies with iconic Zord and Megazord figures.When de-morphing voluntarily, the Rangers often shouts "Power Down!" with a few exceptions, such as the Zeo Rangers saying "Zeo (number) Power Down" TV STORY- King for a Day or the Wind Rangers saying, "Ninja Form!".

Morphers are often seen as wrist-mounted gadgets but appear in a wide variety of forms, deriving their power from futuristic technology or magic or sometimes a combination of both. They can incorporate other functions such as communication or weapons. Alternative to the Dino Morphers, the Super Mega Rangers used Legendary Ranger Keys provided by Gosei to assume the corresponding Ranger forms as a Legendary Ranger Mode. After a second Dino Charger is inserted after pulling on the Dino Charge Morpher's hammer to make the "mouth" open and close, the Dino Charge Rangers can enter their Dino Steel Armor by spinning the Dino Charge Morpher's cylinder along their right arms with the announcement "Dino Steel, Armor On!", where they are given silver spiked armor on that arm, as well as their personal weapons.

The Dino Power Ultra Blaster was formed through the combination of the Dino Charge Rangers' Dino Spike and Gold Ptera Saber, the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers' Power Blaster and the Dino Rangers' Z-Rex Blaster, by laying each formation on top of one another.
