Description

Honey pot pads are a type of absorbent pad that is designed to help manage bedwetting. They are made of soft, comfortable material that is gentle on the skin, and they are designed to be worn discreetly inside underwear. Honey pot pads are also known as incontinence pads, and they are available in a range of sizes to suit different body types. How Do Honey Pot Pads Work? Eco-friendly pads are usually gentler on your skin and the environment. They are usually made of cotton, hemp, or bamboo. Sustainable period pads should also be free from fragrances, dyes, chemicals, chlorine, and dioxin. All pads share the same purpose, but there can be a lot of differences between two similar-looking products. Here’s what to pay close attention to when making your selection. Absorbency

Most disposable pads are made from cotton. Cotton is an all-natural, breathable fabric that absorbs moisture, but it’s often grown with harmful chemicals that can be irritating and potentially unsafe. Buying organic pads is gentler on sensitive skin and delicate areas. Eco-friendly Growing up in a predominantly female household (love you, dad), vagina talk—a.k.a periods, yeast infections, BV and UTIs—were often discussed. To really be specific, yeast infections in particular were something I struggled with for years. Because of this, I developed a less-is-more approach when it comes to my “down there” routine. When looking at washes and wipes available in stores, I would cringe at the thought of the stinging, burning and consequent recurring yeast infections these products would surely result in.After successfully treating her own bacterial vaginosis, Dixon gave her homemade wash to as many friends as possible—testing and surveying to see if other women experienced the same positive reaction. Eighteen months later, in 2013, she brought The Honey Pot Company’s natural wash to a hair show in Atlanta, selling 600 bottles in one weekend. Within a year, Dixon had landed the brand onto the shelves of her local Whole Foods; it didn’t take long for Target buyers to reach out to her for a meeting. I take it when I need it. It could be in the middle of the week but if I need to stop, I just stop. I’m not a machine; my health, wellbeing, happiness, and good fortune means more to me than money. It means more to me than my business, it means more to me than everything. It reigns supreme and so I just mesh it all together and if I need a day, I’m taking it. I don’t short myself on how I feel and I don’t short myself on the love that I have for myself. That’s refreshing to hear. So often the message is, “If you want success, you have to work for it constantly,” which is not a sustainable way of living or working. We think The Honey Pot is absolutely worth it. The all-natural ingredients and thousand of positive testimonials are promising, right off the bat. There are also various products formulated for women with different needs, such as sensitivity and irritation.

Basically, whatever it is you and your vagina are looking for, Dixon wants to offer the solution. "We want to be THE brand that's synonymous with healthy, plant-derived, and effective vaginal wellness," she says. "I know the brand has the runway and community to become global, so humans with vaginas everywhere can have access to our products."As I step in the chic Soho House elevator to meet Beatrice Dixon, founder of The Honey Pot, I feel an overwhelming sense of imposter syndrome. But the second I walk in to her hotel room, embraced by her nurturing warmth and the scent of dragonblood incense, I feel an immediate sense of ease. We sit on the couch with tea, barefoot and cross-legged, and her exuberant confidence is totally contagious. Now I get it—she is The Honey Pot. The products are free from chemicals, toxins, artificial fragrances, and synthetics. The brand focuses on providing gentle and safe options for women’s intimate hygiene. Right now we’re so focused on building our business, creating a strong foundation because we are growing really fast and things are all over the place. Sometimes we’re really organized and sometimes we’re not organized at all. When things like [COVID] happen, it shows where the holes are in your business. It shows where the water can come through. The Honey Pot’s feminine products are suitable for women seeking all-natural and plant-derived alternatives for their intimate care. The products are formulated with high-quality botanicals and herbs. They are marketed as being free from artificial fragrances and added parabens.

I'm not here to tell you that these pads are going to change your life and have you looking forward to your period or anything, but they do make me feel a whole lot more comfortable. Not only are they way more lightweight than other heavy, scratchy pads I've used, but they feel softer and more breathable against my skin—a must during hot, humid New York summers!Variety of Products: The Honey Pot offers a range of menstrual and feminine care products to cater to different needs, including pads, liners, tampons, feminine wipes, and washes.

CF: And so in some ways, Honey Pot has inherited the unfinished conflict that Shea Moisture and Carol’s Daughter left behind. The Honey Pot feminine care review found that the products are not FDA-approved for menstrual, postpartum, and daily care. Note that the ingredients contained in the products are approved by the FDA. Does Honey Pot help with BV?

Welcome back

That Sunday evening, Dixon recorded a video confirming that a change had happened to the formula and that it was better for the brand and the consumer because it would allow a longer shelf life without disruption to the quality of the product and that it is now hypoallergenic. It wasn’t incredibly clarifying for me, but certainly showed they understood that their base had questions.
