Pokud držitel licence nemá kopii této smlouvy, může na vlastní náklady obdržet novou od poskytovatele licence. Poskytovatel i držitel licence mohou ukončit tuto smlouvu prostřednictvím výpovědi s čtrnáctidenní (14) výpovědní lhůtou.
