Folding it isn’t complicated. Once you get used to the mechanism, you can fold it with one hand on the second step! It’s super heavy. Sure, it has wheels but you still need to lift it and if you need to get it up the stairs it’s 16.5 lbs to carry on top of the child. It’s more than the double weight of a regular car seat.The Babyzen Yoyo+ really is exceptional in this area. Out of all of the lightweight buggies we tested, this was the smoothest ride out of them all and by a considerable margin too.

I’ve mentioned how lightweight it is, but did you know it actually has a strap so you can carry it over your shoulder? If you’re folding and unfolding it a lot, and carrying it from A to B while folded, this is ideal!

Here are a few things I’ve noticed since having the Babyzen Yoyo stroller, which I thought might be useful to share. The seat isn’t reversible, but in my case, we only needed a reversible seat for the first 3 months and the bassinet is naturally parent-facing. We never had the bassinet though (more on this further down). Some people complain that the seat is too short, so I did a test: I put my 4-year old and 42.5″ tall son in Yoyo and he fit just fine. Babyzen Yoyo stroller is small and portable when folded; it makes transportation easier. It also folds with a footmuff on! If you live in colder climates you will love this function. My firstborn always slept and chilled comfortably in the stroller, and it wasn’t bumpy for him. Also, you can roll it around like a suitcase, which makes rolling even more seamless. Generally, I love how easy it was to move the baby stroller with one hand. However, we believe that this brilliant buggy is well worth the investment if you’re a frequent traveller, are concerned with space, live in an urban area or fancy a more contemporary and slightly cheaper alternative to the more traditional and often bulkier travel systems.
