I’m fuming madly with this book. 2022 is truly TRYING ME in the book department. It’s starting to make me sound like a broken record but honestly what are these books? the things that crew does for wren 🥰 i almost wish they had a massive argument, because i know crew would deliver the best grovel.
crew wants to be an alpha male so bad…he’s 5 seconds away from turning into a werewolf. his obsession with wren is all centered around wanting to “corrupt” her…WHAT.

I genuinely thought I would hate this because of the way the first book turned out and Taz repeatedly telling me this book is shit💀 but I’m so glad I enjoyed this one. ASSAULT SOUNDS WONDERFUL CREW THAT IS DEFINITELY HOW YOU GET THE GILR HOW NOT TO TELL YOU ABOUT YOU POTHEAD HABITS 💪🏻 CLEARLY THEY LEFT YOU WITHOUT A SINGLE BRAINCELL AND ANY LIKABLE QUALITY IN YOUR BODY. she wears that word proudly through her purity ring, a promise she made to her father that she would only break once she is married. a good girl through and through, she is idolized by her younger peers, until her friends start to grow up and make their own choices. FOR THE LOVE OF THE LORD EVERYONE I AWARE THE GODDAMN TEACHER IS A SEXUAL PREDATOR AND NO ONE DID NOTHING?!!? Realising that Wren is not getting much sleep due to the baby and breastfeeding Crew wants to do something special for her. His older brother Grant makes a suggestion to allow them some child-free time which enables them to reconnect before Christmas.
As someone who had her butt grabbed and held on for the exact same reason that was… traumatizing to read… especially when the author made it seem like it was okay because she was into it… 💀💀💀).Wren was cute. I liked her growth in confidence but she was a bit stupid sometimes. I liked that she added the art aspect to it but didn’t make it her whole personality. The whole thing with her being a virgin and then losing it was basically the point of this book. It’s obviously gna be repeated a lot which I was prepared for, so it didn’t really annoy me. threw her a new years birthday party (her dream was to have this party, but she didn't want to as she thought everyone hates her and fakes being her friend) also, if a boy ever tries to shove a lollipop into your vagina, RUN. preferably to a therapist or police station. it is not sexy…it is a bacteria infection waiting to happen. he literally threatens a pedo teacher to stay away from wren, and then gets him arrested for having sex with underage girls The booktalk will start the last day of each month ( new members who have read the book in the past are very welcome to join).
