This is the first season to incorporate Super Sentai Ranger suits whose counterparts did not previously appear in Power Rangers- Dairanger (not counting how the sixth Dairanger's suit was used), Flashman, Maskman, Changeman, and Fivemanfor reasons that are not explained in-show. Unbeknownst to Ernie, Ernie introduces Orion to the Rangers, which then they treat him well. They ask to do stuff with him on Sunday. Orion promises them they will get the chance, and serves them their frozen yogurt. TV STORY- Silver Lining, Part 2 Orion develops a friendship with his fellow Rangers including attention from Gia which lead to some jealousy from Jake and Emma, who seems to have some affection towards him.

Robo Knight is voiced by Chris Auer. His suit actor was Jiro Okamoto ( 岡元 次郎 , Okamoto Jirō) in Super Sentai footage from Goseiger. This episode marks the only time the Super Mega Rangers use the Mighty Morphin White Ranger Key and the Zeo Keys with the exception of the Zeo Ranger V Red Key, the Zeo Ranger IV Green key, and the Gold Ranger key. Unlike the Gokai Cellular, there is no physical possibility for Orion to access forms from teams beyond what the Legendary Silver Morpher represents, which only includes teams that have official Sixth Rangers. After Orion somehow fused the keys of Ranger Silver and Ranger Gold, Jake would later suggest that he do the same with all 15 Sixth Ranger keys. After Orion pleaded for it, all 15 Sixth Rangers banded together to form the Super Megaforce Gold Key, a key shaped like an Anchor with the official 15 Sixth Rangers' faces on it. Orion normally uses his Ranger Keys by placing them inside his Legendary Silver Morpher and then scanning them, but the Gold Key is instead inserted in a slot in the bottom of the Legendary Silver Morpher.

While morphed as Super Megaforce Silver, he can insert a gold anchor key (a fusion of the 15 sixth Ranger keys) into the bottom of the morpher. The command is "Super Mega Gold!". A giant version of the anchor key will appear, and become armor for Silver Ranger. The Super Silver Spear continues to be utilized in this form, transforming into a triangular edged spear.

After a while of thinking, he joined the Rangers in fighting against Rotox, now Rotox DX, stating that the good humans do outweighs the bad. After the battle, Troy stated that he had officially become the 6th Ranger of the team.
