We’ve reviewed two other products from EarFun in the past and they turned out to be really great products. The company has sent us their new earbuds to review, this time a true wireless pair. With an EQ, their initial bass response is able to be boosted as to become a decently capable TWS for EDM and more depth-hungry genres.

This new model has a brand new design but still offers modern features such as touch controls and waterproof resistance.We also think they look great too, writing this about their compact design in our review: "These earbuds are very sleek indeed, and their small frame and lightweight build sets them apart from models such as the Apple AirPods." Do you intend to workout with your earbuds? If so, you'll need buds that will stay put, so look out for interchangeable eartips and fins to hold them in place.

You’re on a strict budget: These aren’t the priciest earbuds on the market, but nor are they the cheapest. Overall, I do really like how the EarFun Air sound when it comes to listening to music or watching some shows. Microphone Quality At just about any volume I set the earbuds too, they kept the same sound quality. That’s including putting the volume at max. I didn’t notice any distortion or muffledness.The below of every TWS buds has 2 gold connector plates that work with the charging case up to buds. There is also another ANC mic that is placed among the 2 gold charging plates. Charging Case Also, a waterproof rating of IPX7 means you can submerge them in water up to a depth of 1m for up to 30 minutes. Always useful. The mic offers average intelligibility. Using the Voice Memos app on an iPhone 8, we could understand every word we recorded, but there was the typical Bluetooth distortion around the edges (perhaps a bit more than usual), and the mic sounded a little distant. It should be fine for phone calls when you have a decent signal, however, and this is par for the course with true wireless in-ear mics. Conclusions The position that the EarFun Air earbuds sit in your ears will depend on what is most comfortable for you. Although I expected the little posts on the earbuds to point downward when I placed the earbuds in my ears, the above photos show how the EarFun Air earbuds fit most comfortably in my ears, with the little posts aimed forward and slightly downward. In this position, they felt really comfortable and stable in my ears, and in fact, even while sweating quite heavily during several vigorous workouts, the Earfun Air earbuds stayed in my ears. This is one of the very few times that I could recall this happening with any of the wireless earbuds I’ve reviewed. Kudos to Earfun for nailing this. The buds themselves are well-weighted, comfortable and secure in our ears, with the stems angling slightly forward to follow the line of our cheekbones. The silvery sheen on the angular and stylish new stems completes a premium aesthetic that belies the Earfun Air Pro’s entry-level price point.

Overall, I do love how the TW200 wireless earbuds sound when it comes to listening or watching some shows or movies. EarFun Air Wireless Earbuds – Fit and Comfort We are not particularly fond on this kind of design for in-ear headphones. We usually find that the rigid and long “tail” extending down from the main earpiece, offers nothing else than a bigger-sized unit but somehow brands such as Apple with their AirPods were able to make people look after this design – and brands follow the trend. On the other hand, male vocals and lower mids will sound relaxed but can risk to become a bit congested at times. When the included USB-C cable is plugged in, EarFun Air’s Charging Case’s tiny LED on its front pulsates red to indicate that the case’s internal battery is charging. The EarFun Air Pro or another known as the EarFun TW302 model. I like the design of Air Pro, the stems earbuds, it’s fit well in my ears. Ear tips are designed to be removable and the company provides 3 different sizes of ear tips (S/M/L) that make more fit for different sizes and shapes of ears.

The Free 2 earbuds are their cheapest pair of true wireless, sitting alongside the original, and still available, Free buds. With a feature set that looks to capture mobile gamers and fitness fanatics, these are the type of all-purpose earbuds that often crop up – and judging by their performance, do a solid enough job. Design The EarFun Air Pro permits you can use either left or right earbuds independently. So, easy you can use both or one of the earbuds for listening to music. But, something may be inconvenient due to the controlling functions on each earbud are different. So, if you use one earbud some features you cannot use because you have to use the other side of the earbuds for this feature. Touch control Fans of the original Earfun Air will have no complaints about the updated model’s sound. Also, both earpieces feel very similar when worn; the driver housing is virtually identical in shape despite the new stems, extra mic and larger drivers inside.
