It’s always been at the heart of the House, seen in the Rémy Martin Centaur, an enduring symbol of balance and harmony, with its feet on the ground and its head in the stars. It's produced from grapes from some rather well-known vineyards in France, including Burgundy, Champagne, Rhône Valley, Languedoc Roussillon, Loire Valley, Bordeaux and Beaujolais. I didn't hold a lot of hope for it but after opening it and not doing having a drink before hand I was very surprised, I've just compared it to Remy XO I can tell the difference, but after a few beers and a meal I don't think most people could.
